Templates are useful when speed matters most and the message is already clear. They are less useful when a company needs stronger positioning, unusual page structure, or tighter performance control.
A custom website starts making sense when:
- The brand needs a more distinctive presentation.
- The content strategy does not fit a standard layout.
- The site has to support future integrations, multilingual growth, or more advanced conversion flows.
The point is not custom for the sake of custom. The point is to make the site match the business rather than forcing the business to match the template.
